Oak Trees Multi Academy Trust, of which our school is part of, consists of members and trustees from across the MAT schools and each school has their own local governing body.
The Governing Body at Thingwall work closely with the school to ensure high standards are achieved. Together with the Headteacher, who is responsible for day-to-day management, they set the school’s strategic direction.
The full Governing Body meet every half term with an additional meeting in the Autumn Term.
Governors Terms of Office is four years, unless otherwise stated.
